One Patient at a Time (O.P.A.A.T.) is a family owned home care agency that provides affordable, non-medical care to seniors that are in need of companionship, assistance with daily routines, or activities of daily living.

Our desire to help and effect change in the lives of the seniors in our community is what propelled us to start our home care agency.

“Having worked in the healthcare field for over twenty years and with about forty years of experience in the service industry, my husband and I have recognized the overwhelming need for quality home care services for seniors and patients within our communities. We are ordinary people striving to alleviate the burden on families by providing individualized services at an affordable cost.


Through our experiences in healthcare and the service industry, we have seen the daunting task families face when searching for the best home care solutions for their loved ones. Our goal is to offer extraordinary services infused with compassion, empathy, and dignity. With the baby boomer generation growing and people living longer, this need will only increase.
